Thank you for using Ringaly. If for any reason you wish to stop using our service, or request a refund, please review our policy below.
Cancellations
You are entitled to cancel a Ringaly subscription at any point. Contact us and we will promptly cancel your subscription. If you cancel a subscription its associated Ringaly number will continue to work until it expires at the end of your current recurring payment window. Once expired the associated Ringaly number will stop forwarding calls and texts to your designated contacts.
IMPORTANT!
When the current recurring payment window expires your Ringaly number will stop working. Anyone attempting to call or send it a text will encounter an out-of-service response. If you change your mind it is very unlikely you will be able to get the same number back!
If you wish to delete your account entirely, please contact us.
Refunds
If you are having an issue with our service and find that it doesn’t meet your satisfaction, please contact us for further assistance. We can only offer refunds for the current billing period.
